At Great State Properties, we are a dedicated husband and wife team focused on managing our rental portfolio and providing expert support for buying and selling real estate. Our commitment to quality shines through in our white-glove rental properties, which we personally renovate to impeccable standards. We treat our tenants and clients like family, ensuring that everyone feels at home in our properties and receives the care and attention they deserve.

We bought our first duplex in 2015; we fully renovated the entire unit down to the studs. We knew we were moving into the upper unit; and from the beginning, we wanted to make each unit of ours have the little touches, appliances and other aspects of a home, be ones that we would personally use ourselves. Not only have we lived in almost half of our buildings, but we would live in the ones we haven't. 

Over the years, we have strived for a great relationship with each tenant and feel like we're bragging when we say we've been invited to 3-weddings, 4-baby showers, and 2-high school graduation ceremonies for current and past tenants; but in reality, it's the biggest compliment.
